Manager – John Yems
Following the departure of Gabriele Cioffi as manager, Crawley turned John Yems as their new boss, having previously worked as a caretaker-manager for the club in 2006. Yems then spent a year as assistant manager at Exeter City and also worked as a scout for Torquay United. As well as further scouting roles, Yems enjoyed six years as football operations manager with AFC Bournemouth.

Pre-Match View
"They're in the top five but those are the ones you want to play. You go down there, they've got a lovely pitch, and they're nice people. I spent a lot of time down there when I was with Exeter, which I'll probably get a bit of stick for but that's what it's all about. If you can't look forward to going down there then you shouldn't be playing football.” – John Yems
