Over 1,000 members of the Green Army have already renewed their season-tickets for the upcoming Sky Bet League One season.
The Home Park Ticket Office is currently receiving an extremely high volume of incoming traffic, with over 22,000 calls made to our switchboard since the line opened at 10am.
As a result, we would advise all supporters wishing to renew their season-tickets attempt to do so through argyletickets.com in the first instance. In the event that supporters experience issues with their renewal online, or credit is not appearing in supporters’ accounts, we advise that you call the Home Park Ticket Office, or send an email to email@example.com, to process your renewal.
Supporters reporting that they are unable to connect to the Ticket Office by telephone are advised to redial until the line connects. The club has the maximum number of staff working within the Ticket Office while complying with social distancing measures.
We advise that issues relating to our finance partner, Premium Credit, are now resolved, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
Please rest assured that all season-ticket renewal requests will be processed promptly. We request your patience and understanding during this period of high demand. However, the club wishes to remind supporters that abuse of employees will not be tolerated.
