Argyle vs Blackpool: FAQs

Having opened their 20/21 campaign with two five-goal cup thrillers against Queens Park Rangers and Norwich City, Ryan Lowe’s Pilgrims return to league duties this weekend with the visit of Blackpool in Sky Bet League One.

Due to government guidance, the fixture will be played behind closed doors, with live iFollow streaming available.

Season-ticket holders have been sent codes to redeem their free iFollow video pass for Saturday’s clash. If members of the Green Army have not received their codes via email (and have checked spam, junk or promotions folders), please contact the Home Park Ticket Office on 01752 907700, or email tickets@pafc.co.uk.

Please note that supporters will need to assign a valid payment method to their iFollow account (e.g credit card or debit card) to activate their streaming codes – however, they will not be charged.

In order to assist the Green Army in their temporary transition to supporting Ryan Lowe’s Pilgrims from home, we have provided the list of following Frequently Asked Questions for your convenience.

Is there any way for me to physically attend the fixture on Saturday?

Unfortunately, no. The fixture will be played behind closed doors, and, to ensure safety of players, officials, and fans alike, we encourage supporters not to congregate in the vicinity of Home Park for the duration of match-day.

How can I watch the game?

The Sky Bet League One fixture is available to stream, in the UK and overseas, for £10. Click here to purchase your pass.

Will the coverage be the same four-camera experience as last season?

In the short-term, unfortunately not. Social distancing guidelines and staffing limitations at the EFL’s broadcast centre means that, in the short-term, they are unable to receive the club’s bespoke four-camera coverage feed.

The result is that, for the time being, iFollow coverage of the Pilgrims’ home fixtures will revert to single-camera coverage. We apologise for the inconvenience.

However, club camera operators will still be on hand to produce multi-camera coverage for post-match highlights, while we are also hopeful to be in a position to produce full-match replays, exclusive to iFollow subscribers.

What can we expect?

Until the EFL’s staffing restrictions are resolved, our iFollow stream will be single camera coverage, with live commentary from BBC Radio Devon.

I am a season-ticket holder, but have not received my code. What should I do?

We have received reports that some codes are being diverted to supporters’ spam/junk (Hotmail) or promotions (Gmail) folders. Please check your spam folders.

If you still cannot locate your streaming codes, please call the Home Park Ticket Office on 01752 907700, or email tickets@pafc.co.uk.

The Home Park Ticket Office will be open from 9am-5pm on Friday, and 12-3pm on Saturday, to assist supporters with redeeming their codes.

Please note that the Ticket Office will not be able to provide technical assistance, only for streaming code redemption, and that all technical enquiries should be made to ifollow@efl.com.

Please consider this before calling.

Can I watch this game wherever I am?
