Season-ticket holders are reminded that away match passes are not included in their 20/21 season-ticket package, and that they will also need to purchase match passes to watch the fixture live.
We are aware of supporters having issues accessing live streams of our recent fixtures, and recommend that you consider the following advice to ensure that your iFollow experience goes as smoothly as possible:
1. Purchase your match pass at the earliest possible opportunity – do not leave it until the day of the fixture, unless unavoidable.
2. If watching on a desktop or mobile browser, use Google Chrome, wherever possible. In the event that you get a blank screen or ‘bouncing ball’ symbol, restart your browser.
3. If technical issues still persist after following this guidance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Although club staff share supporters’ frustrations, we will be unable to help with iFollow technical problems.
