Additional Tickets for Bristol Rovers (A)
We have received an additional 250 tickets for Saturday’s trip to the Memorial Stadium to take on Bristol Rovers in Sky Bet League One, and they will go on sale to supporters with 260 or more priority points from 12pm on Monday.
These tickets are located in the Brunel Group South Stand behind the goal, and are seated.
Having taken on feedback from supporters following the sale of the initial allocation of tickets, we acknowledge that there are a number of supporters who have regularly attended away fixtures this season were unable to secure their tickets for this game, due to the incredible demand when tickets went on sale to season ticket holders.
As such, we are proposing that this latest allocation will go on sale exclusively to season ticket holding supporters with 260 or more priority points, and they will only be available via telephone booking or visiting the Home Park Ticket Office in person.
We have been open and transparent with supporters that this season’s points-based system is a trial, and there will be learnings along the way. Feedback from supporters on their experience so far has been invaluable, and we will always take such constructive criticism on board.
By offering ticket sales in person or via telephone for these tickets, supporters should have greater clarity as to whether they are likely to secure a ticket or not. The allocation will be split evenly between in-person and telephone sales.
Supporters wishing to book via telephone should note that the Home Park Ticket Office phone lines offers a queuing system. If you successfully connect, you will be informed of your place in the queue. If your phone does not connect, it means that the queue is at maximum length, and it will not accept any further connections to cap queuing times. Supporters unable to connect are encouraged to attempt to reconnect until they secure a place in the queue.
Please note that, due to tickets being processed and marked, we cannot exchange tickets from the terrace for seating tickets. Ticket prices are as listed below, and supporters are informed that spaces on the Miles Away Travel Club supporters’ coach service are still available.
