Should Argyle Under-18s win Tuesday's FA Youth Cup first round fixture against Mangotsfield United, they will face either St Ives Town or Racing Club Warwick at Home Park.
St Ives entered the competition in the first qualifying round, whereas the Racers started earlier - in the extra preliminary stage.
The pair will face off on Friday, 30 October at 19:45, while Argyle's first round match against Mangotsfield takes place on Tuesday, 3 November at Home Park.
If the Pilgrims win that game, full details regarding the fixture including date, time and ticket information, will be announced in due course.
