Argyle will face either Spalding United or Alvechurch at Home Park in the first round of the Emirates FA Cup.
The fixture will be played around the weekend of Saturday, 7 November.
Spalding United play their football in the National League North, whereas Alvechurch reside in the Southern League Premier Central Division.
The pair played out a 2-2 draw last weekend, with a replay scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 20 October.
Last season, Argyle were knocked out in the first round by Wycombe Wanderers at Adams Park when they lost 2-0. But in recent years they have enjoyed FA Cup ties against Premier-League giants Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool.
