Argyle have been drawn against Maidstone United in the first round proper of the Adobe Women's FA Cup.
The Greens first game of the competition is scheduled to be played on the weekend of 25 and 26 October, with Argyle hosting the Stones at Home Park - who are playing their first game in the competition this millennium.
Last season, Argyle defeated Poole Town in first round of the competition 6-0 at Bolitho Park, thanks to goals from Charlotte Whitmore, Fern Orchard, Caitlin Smith, Imy Crawford and two own-goals, but lost to Exeter City in the second round.
Location, kick-off time and ticket information will be announced in due course.
