Argyle will host Oxford United in the second round of the FA Women's National League Cup.
The match is scheduled to be played on Sunday, 9 November, with the Greens entertaining a fellow FAWNL Southern Premier Division side, for the second time in the competition.
Location, kick-off time and ticket information will be announced in due course.
This season, the Greens have already secured big victories over Marine Academy Plymouth, Bridgwater, and Bristol Rovers to top Group A, and claimed their spot in the second round with an impressive 3-0 away win against Watford.
