Oliver Irow has signed for Argyle on a season-long loan.
The 20-year-old, who can play out wide or up front, joins from Tottenham Hotspur for the duration of the 2026/27 campaign.
An England youth international, Irow has extensive experience with Spurs’ Under-21 setup, including an appearance at Home Park for Tottenham in the Vertu Trophy last season, where he scored a late consolation goal.
In January 2026, Irow joined Mansfield Town, for whom he played 18 games, scoring four times, including twice on his debut, in a 3-0 win in which Will Evans scored the other goal.
“I’m very please Oli is joining us,” said Head Coach Tom Cleverley. “He is a young winger who likes to be direct. He can play off the left, or the right, and down the middle as well, so he is versatile and gives us options. I’m looking forward to working with him.”
Director of Football Derek Adams added: “Oliver had a productive spell at Mansfield last season, and comes to us for a second loan, in which we think we can develop his game ever further. He has a willingness to learn, and his quality and versatility should make him a really good signing for us.”
Oliver will wear the number 14 shirt during his time at Home Park, and is sponsored by Classic Builders. He is available for Tuesday’s Carabao Cup tie against Coventry City, subject to EFL approval.
