Argyle have completed the signing of goalkeeper Eilish Brogan.
Brogan, 25, joins the Pilgrims from Marine Academy Plymouth, adding depth to the squad and goalkeeping department.
Starting her career with Norwich City, Eilish then joined the Royal Navy, which has seen her be deployed around the world for the last two years, with a small spell for Welsh side Llanelli Town along the way.
Argyle Head Coach Marie Hourihan says: “Eilish adds some much-needed depth to our squad and some healthy competition amongst goalkeepers. She will be important to us throughout the year if we want to succeed, so we are delighted to have her here at Home Park.”
Christian Kent, Executive Lead for Women’s Football at Argyle, said: “We’re very happy to have Eilish sign here at Argyle. The acquisition helps us in many aspects, so it was key for us to get it sorted as quickly as we could.”
