BY RAIL
The Toughsheet Community Stadium is located approximately 200 metres from Horwich Parkway Station. Trains regularly run from Blackpool and Preston if travelling from the North, and Manchester and Bolton if travelling from the South. For more details please visit rail.co.uk.

BY BUS
On match days, Bolton Wanderers operate 15 separate bus routes from surrounding areas. Travel is priced at £3 for a single journey and £4 for a return journey.

FirstGroup is the chosen bus provider with double-decker vehicles used as the method of transport. For more information or timetables visit Bolton Central or phone FirstGroup directly on 08457 881155.

Car Parking

Car Parking facilities are available for Argyle fans in Car Park A, priced at £8 per car, £12 per minibus and £20 per coach.

Disabled bays are also available on a first come, first serve basis and are charged at the amounts above.

All car parks, concourse kiosks, coffee carts and hospitality areas will now be accepting card payments only.

Bolton Wanderers primarily encourage supporters to utilise parkgood2go.com for match-day payments. The portal allows users to register their number plate and payment details and, once registered, ANPR cameras will recognise the number plate as the vehicle enters into the stadium car park and payment will automatically be taken.

The vehicle will then be recognised every time it enters the car parks – so there’s no need to register and pay every time or to visit a kiosk to make payment.

Payment can also be made via the PayByPhone app, which is available to download for free on mobile phones. The app is easy to use and payment can be made at any time, up until midnight on the day of parking. Supporters and other visitors can also pay via the PayByPhone website or by calling 0330 400 7275.

Supporters will need to make payment via PayByPhone every time they enter the car parks.

In addition to the above options, supporters can also simply make a contactless card payment via one of the payment kiosks that will be in place in all car parks.

Stadium Accessibility

Bolton Wanderers have an excellent reputation for ensuring all supporters enjoy their visits to the Toughsheet Community Stadium.

Your match-day experience is important - their aim is to deliver access and inclusion for all.

Disabilities are wide-ranging and not always visible; the emphasis on removing barriers to ensure accessibility to services and facilities has changed the focus to enable you, where possible, to come to a match independently at the Toughsheet Community Stadium.

Should you have any further questions, please contact Daniel Scott, Disability Liaison Officer by calling 01204 328 888 or email dscott@bwfc.co.uk.

Audio Descriptive Commentary

There is a commentary service for visually impaired supporters.

Headsets are to be booked on a first come, first served basis. These must be ordered in advance of the game by contacting Daniel Scott on 01204 673652 or emailing dscott@bwfc.co.uk.

On match day, headsets will need to be collected from the designated steward.

Accessible Parking

Accessible car parking for visiting supporters is available from Car Park A at the Toughsheet Community Stadium. There are spaces available for blue badge holders on Car Park A (a valid blue badge must be shown to the car park steward before entry is permitted).

Parking spaces do not need to be pre-booked; however, spaces are sold on match day on a first come, first served basis. Prices at Car Park A are as follows: cars £7, mini coaches: £12 and coaches £20.

Customer Service Representatives

Customer service representatives can be found wearing yellow jackets on the approaches around the stadium and are there to help you with any enquiries.
