Children under the age of fourteen must be accompanied by a full-paying adult.
Safe standing is only available to ticket holders aged 14 and over.
Children under the age of three are not permitted in the away section.
Ticket collections will only take place at Home Park for this fixture - no ticket collections will take place on-the-day at Coventry.

By Car
Coventry North
Join the A444 road, heading north towards Nuneaton & the M6 motorway. Continue on this road until you see the Arena on your right. Take the fourth exit at this island for Judds Lane.
Coventry East
Join Jimmy Hill Way, heading north towards Nuneaton & the M6 motorway. Continue on this road until you see the Arena on your right. Take the fourth exit at this island for Judds Lane.
Alternatively, join the A46 or A4600 roads heading north towards the M6 and M69 junction. From here head west on the M6 (towards Coventry/Birmingham) and take the exit at Junction 3 of the M6. Once you have exited the motorway, take the second exit of the roundabout for Jimmy Hill Way (south). At the first roundabout on Jimmy Hill Way, take the first exit for Judds Lane.
Coventry South
Join the A46/A444 (Warwick by pass), heading north through Whitley. From here, filter left on to A4114 London Road. Continue until you reach the Ring Road, then staying in right-hand lane and taking the 2nd exit onto the Ring Road. Leave the Ring Road at junction 3, and at roundabout take 2nd exit onto Sky Blue Way. At next roundabout, take 1st exit onto Jimmy Hill Way, signposted Nuneaton. Continue north on Jimmy Hill Way, until you see the Arena on your right. At the last roundabout adjacent to the stadium, take the 3rd exit onto Judds Lane.
Coventry West
Follow directions for Coventry City Centre and the Coventry Ring Road (A4053). Leave the Ring Road at junction 3, and at roundabout take 2nd exit onto Sky Blue Way. At next roundabout, take 1st exit onto Jimmy Hill Way, signposted Nuneaton. Continue north on Jimmy Hill Way, until you see the Ricoh Arena on your right. At the last roundabout adjacent to the stadium, take the 3rd exit onto Judds Lane.
Alternatively, exit the Ring Road (A4053) at the junction for the Foleshill Road. From here, head north along Foleshill Road and Lockhurst Lane until you join Jimmy Hill Way. Drive north on the Jimmy Hill Way, until you see the Arena on your right. Take the third exit for Judds Lane.
Elsewhere
If travelling from the North, it is advised to use either the M6 or M1. If using the M1, exit at Junction 21 and join the M69. Merge onto Junction 2 of the M6, leaving the M6 motorway at Junction 3 before joining the Jimmy Hill Way (South). For the M6, exit at Junction 3 and join the Jimmy Hill Way (South).
For fans travelling from the South, Coventry advise using the M1 and joining the M6 at the Catthorpe Interchange and leaving the motorway at Junction 3 before joining Jimmy Hill Way (South).

By Train
Coventry train station is on the main line between London and Birmingham, and around 4 miles from the Coventry Building Society Arena.
Coventry Arena train station is located on-site at the Coventry Building Society Arena and operated by West Midlands Railways. There is no special matchday service, and trains run as timetabled on home matchdays. As of December 2021, West Midlands Railway Train services between Leamington Spa, Nuneaton and Coventry have been suspended indefinitely.
To get to the stadium using public transport from Coventry train station:
- Number 9 (towards University Hospital), or 11 or 12X (towards Coventry) Bus from Coventry Train Station to Coventry Transport Museum
- Then catch the Number 3 from Trinity Street or Number 5 from Pool Meadow to Arena Park (Tesco)
- Once you arrive at Arena Park (Tesco), there is an underpass which takes you into Car Park B of the stadium.

A new bus service, service 51, now serves the Arena shopping park. It also now extends to University Hospital on Monday to Saturday daytimes to cover part of service 20C that National Express have removed. The route and timetable can now be viewed on the Stagecoach website.
On Demand Bus
West Midlands Bus On Demand is a new type of bus service that anyone travelling in the Coventry area can use. It does not follow a specific route.
Instead, you book a journey and a bus will pick you up at a time you choose.
It operates 7 days a week:
Monday to Friday, 6am to 11pm
Saturday, 8am to 11pm
Sunday, 8am to 3:30pm

Any supporter wishing to attend with an assistance dog must contact the Ticket Office to ensure the appropriate match tickets (subject to availability) are allocated and adequate arrangements have been made.
A dedicated Stewarding Team will be on hand before, during and after the game to help you make the most of your matchday experience. Contact the nearest member of staff for assistance.
Visually Impaired Supporters are able to hire portable radios to listen to BBC CWR commentary of the game.
This is available for a returnable deposit of £10 from the Ticket Office on matchdays. Fans must return the radios at the end of the game. Fans are also advised that, in the interests of hygiene, it is recommended that they bring their own set of aux compatible headphones. To register for a receiver, please email accessibility@ccfc.co.uk detailing your supporter number and the match in question.
Food and drink (both soft drinks and alcohol) is available within the South Stand concourse from the opening of turnstiles. All kiosks are cashless.
Programmes will be available for purchase both outside the ground and inside in the concourse, for £3.50.

Coventry City do allow flags in the away end, provided prior permission from the Club is sought by the supporter and subject to there being space to display your flag safely. Fans are required to contact the Club’s Head of Supporter Services, Jodie Jones, on Jodie.Jones@ccfc.co.uk. Please attach the fire safety certificate for your flag to your email, along with the dimensions of your flag, a photo of your flag, details of any poles which are attached to the flag, location where you will be sat/where the flag would be displayed, and the best contact telephone number for yourself.
Please note, Coventry City reserve the right to ban or refuse entry to any flag/banner considered to be offensive, discriminatory, insulting, or carry any inappropriate/commercial language or message. Any flags or banners not pre-advised and approved may be confiscated and returned after the game.
Coventry will always try to accommodate flags/banners for an away team to make the matchday experience better, but in accordance with the regulations above.
Away fans cannot bring a drum into the Coventry Building Society Arena.

In a medical emergency, fans should notify the nearest steward to alert one of the response teams to your location. There are also a number of defibrillators around the stadium to be used in the event of a cardiac arrest.
Please note that after the game, crowd control measures will be in place to segregate home and away supporters. This means that away fans will be unable to turn left outside of the away end and go through the barriers towards the Arena Shopping Park. You will be advised to exit across Car Park B, where the away supporter coaches are, and then left at the exit gate to be able to access the shopping park and train station.
