By car

From the M5: Exit westbound at Junction 29 onto the A3015 (Honiton Road). Follow the road onto the B3183 (Heavitree Road) for two miles, going past Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital. Take the fourth exit at the roundabout into Western Way, and at the next roundabout take the second exit onto Old Tiverton Road. St James Park and Stadium Way are located on the left. 

From the East: Follow the A303/A30 towards Exeter, passing under the M5 bridge, at Junction 29. Then follow the above instructions from the M5. 

From the West: Follow signposts towards Exeter centre. After crossing the River Exe near Exeter St Thomas rail station, join the A3015 (Frog Street). Follow the one-way system and then exit onto the B3212 (Magdalen Street) and follow the road as it veers left towards the roundabout. Take the third exit at the roundabout into Western Way, and at the next roundabout take the second exit onto Old Tiverton Road.  St James Park and Stadium Way are located on your left. 

By rail

The stadium is served by St James Park rail station, a few minutes’ walk from the ground.  The station lies on the Avocet Line (First Great Western trains), which runs from Exeter St David’s to Exmouth, also calling at Exeter Central.  The Exeter St David’s and Exeter Central stations connect the city to the other major cities across the UK. 

By bus

Exeter Bus Station is located around 10 minutes’ walk from St James Park. It is the terminus for many local buses in the Exeter area, as well as serving intercity coach companies including Megabus, National Express, First Bus and Western Greyhound. 

Park and ride

It is also possible to get to the City centre by using the park and ride services at Honiton Road (red), Sowton (blue) and Matford (green). 

Parking

Please note that owing to very limited parking at St James Park, there is no on-site parking for supporters at St James Park on matchdays. There is also very limited residential parking available locally. 

Nearby car parks include the King William Street car park (NCP) or the car parks just off Western Way on Parr Street, Belmont, Belgrave Road and Bampfylde Street car park and the Triangle car park (actually accessed from Clifton Road). These are all about five to 10 minutes' walk minutes from the ground. 

There is a very limited number of disabled parking spaces available at the ground, which can be arranged through the main club reception on 01392 411243 or via reception@ecfc.co.uk.

Coach parking

Supporter coaches can drop off passengers in St James Road. Coaches will be able to park in St James Road or in the following locations:

Haven Banks Coach Park - Michael Browning Way, Exeter EX2 8DP Tel: 01392 665901 Monday - Sunday including bank holidays: 8am-6pm. £5 per coach

Matford Livestock Centre - Parking must be booked in advance on 01392 265480. There will be a charge of £10 for coach parking.

Tickets

This match is all ticket. Please do not travel if you do not have a match ticket.

Collections will be available from the Home Park Ticket Office until 3pm on Friday, 14 April.  After this, tickets will be available for collection on match day, at Exeter, from outside gate 6 on the St James Road.

If you have paid for postage and your tickets have not arrived, requests for duplicates should be made to the Home Park Ticket Office by 2pm on Friday either by calling on 01752 907700 or by emailing tickets@pafc.co.uk.

Please ensure that you have you tickets with you on the day of the game as we will not be placing any duplicate requests after the deadline on Friday.

Supporters with tickets for the seated areas will find their seats in Blocks L & M of the IP Office Main Stand, with those with terrace tickets situated in the Tracks Suzuki St James Road Away Terrace.

Access for supporters will be through the turnstiles in St James Road.

Miles Away Coach Travel

Coaches will depart from outside the Babcock Devonport End at 9.45am

Coaches will not be making a stop and will go straight to Exeter.

Turnstiles open for entry into the ground at 11am.

Local pubs

As designated by Police, the only local pub open to Argyle supporters is St. Ann’s Well, which opens at 10am. No alcohol will be served in Exeter Wetherspoons pubs until 11.30am.

Changing Places toilets are now in place at the ground, please contact the nearest member of staff for assistance.

Soccer Sight audio descriptive commentary is also available. Please contact one of Exeter’s customer service ambassadors outside the away turnstiles to collect a headset. These are available on a first come first served basis. Supporters can check phone ahead to check availability on 01392 411 243.

Match programmes will be available to purchase outside the stadium for £3.

Help at the ground

Any supporters who need assistance will find Exeter’s Supporter Ambassadors located outside the turnstiles in St James Road.

Cash machines

The nearest cash machine is 200 yards from the ground in Sidwell Street to the west and at the Co-op to the east along Old Tiverton Road.

Smoking

St James Park is a no smoking (including vaping) stadium. The deployment of flares and other pyrotechnic devices inside the stadium are prohibited.

Flags and musical instruments

Flags and drums are permitted but may be restricted during capacity games. Visiting supporters are advised to contact customerservices@exetercityfc.co.uk to pre-arrange access for drums and/or flags. The Club will then advise on the latest position. Please note that drums are only acceptable in standing areas of the stadium. Flags and banners must be inoffensive, non-political and be supported by a valid fire certificate.
