Away Fans' Guide to the Bolt New Lawn

Getting there

Forest Green Rovers Football Club is located in Nailsworth, Gloucestershire, in the heart of the Cotswolds.

The club address is The Bolt New Lawn, Another Way, Nailsworth, GL6 0FG.

Public Transport

You can catch a train to Stroud station, and get the number 63 bus from Stroud town centre.

Park and Ride

For Saturday games, Forest Green Rovers operate a local park and ride service from Renishaw on Stroud Road (postcode: GL5 5HA and What Three Words: ///relished.hits.feared).

Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and costs £3 per car (contactless/card payments only). Supporters will be made aware via the Forest Green Rovers website and social media if there are changes or additional Park and Ride services running.

Cars

There is very limited parking at the stadium which is reserved for blue badge holders and hospitality guests. Forest Green Rovers always encourage supporters to leave their car at home, car share or use public transport where possible. It is also advised that guests avoid the use of Tinkley Lane to approach the stadium, this is a single-track road that often gets very congested on a matchday.

Road Closures

Please be aware that on matchdays during the 22/23 season there will be a road closure on Nympsfield Road on the approach to The Bolt New Lawn.

The reason for the closure and restriction is to ensure the safety of the members of public attending Forest Green Rovers FC football home matches.

Closures and restrictions for a Saturday match will be in place between the hours of 1pm and 5.30pm

The away end is completely sold out for this fixture. Thank you for your magnificent support.

It's for exclusive use with away fans who can enjoy a BrewDog beer or two in the build-up to the match. Truck Norris closes at kickoff.

Cashless Stadium

The Bolt New Lawn is a cashless stadium and therefore does not handle cash at any time. You can only make payments via debit/credit card and contactless.
