Coach travel has sold out for this match. There are eight coaches heading to the Etihad Stadium, and they will depart from outside of the Babcock Devonport End at 8.30am.

Important Information
  • There are only digital tickets available for this fixture.
  • There will be no upgrades/downgrades available on tickets at any stage.
  • Under-14s are not allowed to enter the stadium without an adult. As a result, and in-line with reasonable adjustments, any supporter who is under 14 must attend with their parent/guardian, and are required to pay the prevailing rate for both of their seats. For the avoidance of doubt, this applies to all disabled supporters, whether walking ambulant, or those who require a wheelchair. 
  • Over-14 and Under-18 supporters, can enter unaccompanied, however they are not allowed to be responsible for another supporter. Only supporters over 18 can be responsible for a child under 18.

Getting to the Stadium

By Car 
Fans can drive, hire a private taxi, or jump in a hackney carriage to get to the Etihad Stadium. 

Parking 
Car Parking must be pre-booked on a match-by-match basis.  

Parking goes on sale for a match once its date and kick-off time has been confirmed. 

Parking costs £12 for two or more passengers and £14 for solo drivers.

Parking in the City Centre 
There are thousands of car parking spaces available in Manchester city centre for fans. This includes car parks near the city's universities, such as Booth Street West car park off Oxford Road. 

The walk to the Etihad Stadium is approximately 30 minutes from Booth Street West car park. If you have to drive, we encourage fans to take a look at  Transport for Greater Manchester's city centre parking map  (please note this map shows locations only) or consider using a Metrolink Park and Ride site.

By Tram 
Etihad Campus has its own tram stop which helps to connect the site to areas across Greater Manchester, especially on match days. 

From the city centre, journeys take around 10-15 minutes depending upon your location. 

Tram services run between Etihad Campus and the city centre every six minutes, Monday to Saturday.

Etihad Campus is located in Zone 2. A return ticket from Manchester city centre costs £3.50 for an adult, and less for children. 

All trams and tram stops are accessible for wheelchair users. 

Every tram stop includes: 

  • A ramp, lift, or escalator - for the latest service updates for lifts and escalators at your stop, visit our dedicated webpage 
  • Step-free access for wheelchair users and people with pushchairs 
  • Platforms with tactile edges for visually impaired passengers 

Every tram has: 

  • An area for people who use  wheelchairs
  • Space for pushchairs 
  • Seats marked for people who have trouble standing 
  • Emergency call points 

By Bus
The bus network sees 15 different routes operating across 64 stops, covering a combined total of more than 340 miles for matches.

All of the buses in use are fully accessible for wheelchair users and have low floors to make it easier for fans who use wheelchairs, mobility scooters or those with small children and pushchairs. 

Adults will pay £6 for a return ticket from Zone 1, and £8 for a return from Zone 2. Single tickets cost £3 and £4 respectively.  

Under-16 tickets are priced at half of an adult ticket, while children under the age of five can now travel for free. 

Road Closures/Transport Information

If you're heading to the Etihad Stadium from Manchester City Centre, please see below upcoming travel details from Man City’s Transport and Travel hub which may affect you for this fixture: 

  • Work taking place on the tracks at York Street, no trams will be able to operate from St Peter’s Square to Market Street/Piccadilly Gardens.  Ashton-under-Lyne services will operate to Victoria, calling at Piccadilly, Piccadilly Gardens, Market Street and Shudehill en-route. Other cross-city services will divert via Exchange Square. 
  • There are planned works on the  Highway  network in the vicinity of the Etihad. Works on Hyde Road and Briscoe Lane may impact supporter travel. 
  • Salford Central  Rail  Station has passenger facilities and platform improvements underway; trains will pass but not call at the station. Recent weekends have seen a high number of unplanned cancelations by Northern Rail.

Road Closures 
Road closures operate immediately after the event to allow pedestrians to leave the Etihad Stadium safely. This is in place for approximately 20 minutes after the match. This is, however, subject to Greater Manchester Police approval and may be in place for longer than stated above. Roads affected by the closure are as follows: 

  • Ashton New Road – between Alan Turing Way and Hillkirk Street 
  • Grey Mare Lane – between Ashton New Road and Alan Turing Way 
Parking

Car parking must be pre-booked in advance. Parking is not available on the day. 

Coaches & minibuses can be parked on the Grey Car Park, opposite the away fan turnstiles.

Accessibility Information

Wheelchair Accessible Tickets - Etihad Stadium 
Fans sitting on the Legends Balcony are advised there are  no alcohol sales  as the area is in view of the playing field. A ‘service to seat’ facility is in place where fans can purchase hot and soft drinks along with food. Accessible Entrances - Etihad Stadium 
Supporters allocated in Level 2 or Level 3 will have steps up to access their seats. A lift can be used to Level 2 and 3 but would mean entering with Manchester City Supporters. If you wish to take the lift, please contact disability@pafc.co.uk who will arrange this with Manchester City. Supporters located in the Wheelchair Section on the Legends Balcony will enter via Entrance H and go up to box level. Audio Descriptive Commentary 
If you require this facility please email disability@pafc.co.uk so we can inform Manchester City. A device will be delivered to your seat 15 minutes before kick-off. The device will then be collected at the final whistle. Supporters are required to bring their own earphones compatible with a 3.5mm jack.   

Medical supplies, equipment or medication into the stadium 
Manchester City are happy to issue exemptions if you need to bring medication into the stadium and/or specific food or drink items due to dietary requirements.

Assistance Dog 
Manchester City welcome supporters who have an assistance dog but would appreciate advance notification so we can prepare for your visit and make sure both of you are comfortable.

Accessible Toilets 
All of our accessible toilets can be opened with a RADAR key. If you forget your key, our stewards will be able to get a key from a supervisor or our Access Team.

Before the Match 
West Reception entertainment will start 2.5 hours before kick-off including City's Player Arrival show, guest interviews, DJs, giveaways and much more. 

Outside the East Stand, there will be food units, a bar and a retail pop-up. 

Pubs in the local vicinity are used by home supporters. We ask for your cooperation both in and around the local community and that you are respectful of the surrounding residential areas as drinking is not allowed in public areas across Greater Manchester. 

Please note: All supporters will be searched before entering the stadium. Searches will be thorough and carried out by Manchester City Security and search dogs may be present at the turnstiles. 

Fans are prohibited from entering the Etihad Stadium with any pyrotechnics. 

VIEW PROHIBITED ITEMS

Bag Policy

Arrive early to allow plenty of time for security checks. Only small handheld bags no larger than A4 size (12”x8”x3”) will be accepted. 

Backpacks, holdalls, rucksacks, or any similar items, regardless of size, will not be allowed into the stadium. If you bring a bag larger than the allowed size, you can use the bag drop facilities (locations shown below) to securely store your items until the match is over. 

The bag drop service costs  £10 per item. There is a bag drop located in the 'Grey' car park within the away fan compound. 

Entering The Stadium

Turnstiles open two hours before kick-off. Supporters under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (over 18). Any supporter using an inactive ticket will be asked to leave the campus. 

Concourse

Concessions on the concourse will be open until the end of half-time.  

A variety of hot and cold food and beverages are available, including several Halal and Vegan options. 

Cashless Stadium

The Etihad Stadium is a cashless venue, so cash payments will not be accepted. 

After The Match

In consultation with Greater Manchester Police, visiting supporters may be asked to remain in the stadium for a short time until the immediate areas clear. You will be informed of this during the match via PA announcements.

Manchester City will ensure you can exit the stadium as soon as possible to commence your return journey. 

Lost Property

Please contact Manchester City at +44 (0)161 444 1894. Manchester City accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged property. Items will be retained for four weeks. Supporters will be charged postage for any items that cannot be collected from the stadium. 

Re-Admission

Manchester City operates a strict no re-admission policy and there will not be an opportunity to leave and re-enter the stadium.

Turnstiles

Make sure you know your entrance and go to the correct one to enter the stadium. 

Away fans should use entrances  L1,  L2, and  L3  for the South Stand. 

Respect The Badge

We ask all fans to join us in creating a positive environment and atmosphere, where everyone is welcomed, accepted and has a fantastic match-day experience. 

As part of this, Manchester City operate a zero-tolerance approach to all discriminatory and abusive behaviour towards fans, players or staff. This  includes any form of Racism, Homophobia, Islamophobia, Antisemitism or Sexism. Such behaviour may include abusive tragedy-related comments, chanting, or gesture-making. 

If you see or hear such behaviour, please talk to a steward or the police, or report it on the Kick It Out app. 

Fans who see or hear abusive behaviour can also text 0770 015 1894 to make City's dedicated security team aware of what they have witnessed. 

Fans are expected to make themselves aware of City's terms and conditions of sale, Ground Regulations and Code of Conduct, and follow these at all times. 

Any fans who engage in inappropriate behaviour will be subject to a ban in line with City's official sanctions process.

Away Ticket Policy

Manchester City operates a zero-tolerance policy on visiting supporters seated within home areas. Any visiting supporters identified within the home supporter areas will be ejected from the stadium.

Tickets must be purchased only from Argyle, and according to the sales criteria. Tickets bought through other sources may not be valid, and City are not liable for tickets bought from unofficial channels. 

The person entering the stadium must match the allocated age band on the ticket. Supporters may be asked to show photo ID. 

Ticket upgrades and downgrades will not be available. Anyone using a concessionary ticket who does not qualify will be ejected and have their ticket confiscated.  

Smoking Policy

The Etihad Campus, including the car park and concourses are smoke free, including electronic cigarettes. 

Anybody smoking inside the Stadium will be ejected and will not be able to re-enter. 

Dual Detection Dogs

Manchester City operate dual detection (drugs/pyrotechnics) dogs within the away forecourt. Any persons found in possession of drugs will be refused entry and passed onto the police.
