Just under 1,100 Greens have bought tickets for the match. Travelling supporters can read key information below.

Collections
Collections will be available at Swansea, from the ticket pod located to the right of the away turnstiles.
If you are collecting tickets, you must provide Photo ID.
Postage
If you have paid for postage and your tickets have not arrived, please either call us on 01752 907700, or email tickets@pafc.co.uk, by 3pm on Wednesday, 9 April for us to be able to arrange duplicates for collection.
These will then be available from the South Stand ticket booth at Swansea on the day.
Coaches will leave from outside of the Babcock Devonport End at 12.30pm on Wednesday.
Parking
For supporters wishing to drive to the stadium, there may be spaces available to purchase within the stadium car park. Supporters can book in advance by calling the Swansea ticket office on 01792 616400 (option 1). Alternatively, supporters can pay by card on arrival.
Please note that parking on site is not guaranteed, and will be on a first come, first serve basis. The car park will close approximately 15 minutes before kick-off, any persons arriving after this time will not be permitted entry.
LCV Car Park
Spaces are available at the low-cost vans (LCV) site on Normandy Road, within the Morfa Industrial Estate. Spaces must be purchased in advance, either at the following link, or by contacting the ticket office on 01792 616400 (option 1) or ticketing@swanseacity.com
Please note, spaces will not be available to purchase on a match day.
The car park is approximately a 5-minute walk from the stadium and has an accessible route directly to the stadium. The address of the site is Riverside House, Normandy Road, Plasmarl, SA1 2JA.

Morrisons Car Park
Spaces may be available at the Morrisons car park on matchdays, spectators should click on the following link to purchase in advance: www.justpark.com
Please note that parking is within the Morrisons side of the Retail Park only, and must be purchased in advance. Failure to do so may incur a penalty fine.
Accessible Parking
Limited on-site parking is available for disabled supporters who meet Swansea's criteria of eligibility. This can be purchased match-by-match or on a seasonal basis.
Please note the car parks close 15 minutes before kick off, therefore you must arrive within plenty of time, as queues do form outside the stadium.

By Bus
The Swansea.com Stadium is located 2.5 miles from Swansea bus station with route 4 and 4A taking you directly to the stadium. The journey takes around 15 minutes and the bus stop is adjacent to the stadium. Between the stop and the stadium, there is a pelican crossing and drop kerbs. You will arrive at the stadium in the north-west corner.
There is also a taxi rank located outside the bus station. A taxi from here will cost approximately £15.

By Train
Swansea Station is located 1.5 miles from the stadium. There is a direct train link to London Paddington and Manchester Piccadilly. It is managed by GWR and you can find out more amenities at the station by clicking here.
Once you arrive in Swansea, you can either walk, take the bus, or use a taxi to get to the stadium.
By bus – There is a bus stop opposite the train station. You will need the 4 or 4A route.
By taxi – There is a taxi rank to the left of the station as you exit. Taxis from here are charged at approximately £7.
On foot – It will take approximately 30 minutes to walk from the train station to the stadium. The postcode for the stadium is SA1 2FA.

Traffic may be larger than normal between Cardiff and Swansea, due to University Varsity events taking place. Please allow more time for your journey.

As well as onsite parking, there is a designated drop-off point at the stadium which is located next to the Ivor Allchurch Statue (close to the ticket office).
Swansea ask supporters who are visiting to be mindful of where they park on a match day, and respect residential parking near the stadium by not blocking driveways and garages.

Swansea’s Club Shop is located in the West Stand.
The Swansea.com Stadium is a cashless venue, with card accepted throughout the ground. This leads to shorter queuing times with a fast, friendly service at all kiosks.
However, if you need a cash point, the nearest one is located at the Morfa Retail Park which is a five minute walk from the stadium. Cash points are located in front of Argos, and inside Morrisons.
Supporters are able to purchase food and refreshments in the concourses with a range of drinks, snacks, and meal options to enjoy.
Self-order units (SOUs) will be stationed in the South and West Stands of the Swansea.com Stadium, with supporters now able to place their order ready for half-time.
The Swansea.com Stadium and the wider footprint are fully accessible.
The flooring is flat outside the stadium and inside the concourse areas, and there are dropped counters in the ticket office, club shop and food kiosks. Swansea's food kiosks also come with printed food menus to aid communication for Deaf and non-verbal supporters.
Accessible lifts are located in each stand, while accessible toilets (operated by a radar key) are also available throughout the concourse and mezzanine levels.
There are accessible entrances located in every stand. If you need to use an accessible entrance, please inform a steward or member of Swansea City staff.
There are also provisions for bringing medication into the stadium, storing wheelchairs, and Disability Liaison Officers on site.
Disability Liaison Officer (DLO)
Swansea employ specific DLO stewards for event days. They are employed purely to look after the requirements of supporters with disabilities or access needs, and are identifiable by their green jackets or bibs.

Audio Commentary Headsets
For blind or partially sighted supporters, Swansea offer a complimentary headset for matchday commentary, which uses the local hospital radio commentary feed.
These headsets can be requested via stewards on the day or booked in advance in one of the following ways:
- Visiting the ticket office in person
- Calling the ticket office on 01792 616 629 and selecting option one. Normal ticket office opening hours are as follows: Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm

The sensory room allows supporters who may find the environment challenging to come and enjoy the match at their own pace. Supporters view the match from inside the sensory room while also being able to sit in the stand, safe in the knowledge that they are able to return to the sensory room, should they become overwhelmed.
The sensory room is available to anyone who feels they might need it but places will be subject to availability and supporting documentation may be requested.
Parents/ guardians/ carers will also have the option to visit the room before matchday, if they wish to check the suitability of the room.
