Big Green Lottery Donation to the Academy

The Big Green Lottery exists to raise money for the Argyle Academy and we are delighted to announce that the recent increase in membership has enabled the BGL to make a superb quarterly donation of £10,000 to the next generation of Pilgrim talent.

It was a great privilege for the BGL to make this presentation to Academy manager Phil Stokes and Academy administrator Kate Kirkham, and our thanks to all members for their massive contribution.

“We are very grateful to the Big Green Lottery for this fantastic donation to the Academy,” said Phil. “The BGL has made a genuine positive impact on our young players, enabling us to provide them with new experiences on their football journey.”

The Big Green Lottery also recently announced our winner of £10,000 in the Grand Annual Draw and congratulations to Matthew Gillmore from Plymouth, who will now receive regular cheques through the year until he reaches the full payment of £10,000.

Membership is just £2.25 per week, and BGL members also benefit from weekly cash prizes, a grand annual prize of £10,000, big match ticket priority and discounts in the Home Park Superstore.
