Cards for Ken

Former Argyle Manager Ken Brown turns 90 years old on the 16 February and we need the Green Army's help.

Now living in Norwich, Ken still has many fond memories of his time at Home Park and looks out for our result every week.

Unfortunately Ken's memory is not what it was so his family are inviting birthday cards from anyone with good memories of Brown's time with the club, whether that's a personal memory or a particularly memorable match.

Ken's family will collate them all and give them to him to open next month.

They said: "On his 80th birthday, we gave him a book with lots of messages from family and friends, which he loved.

"We thought it would be a good idea to reach out to people to see if they would send a card, telling him how you met, or any special memories, and maybe even include a photo.

"We will give him all the cards when we have a family get together to celebrate his birthday. We'll record his reactions so people can see what it means to him. We would really appreciate it"

If you would like to send Ken a card, please drop one into the Argyle Superstore or Home Park Ticket Office with Ken's name on the front, or post one into the club marked for Ken's attention. To ensure we can get the cards up to Ken, we would ask that these are received before Wednesday 7 February.

Thank you for your support.

Forever Green.
