There are a number of rewarding roles currently being advertised with the Argyle Community Trust.

The Trust is the charitable arm of the football club, committed to providing opportunities that address local needs and combat inequalities within communities across the South West.

The Argyle Community Trust currently has open vacancies for an Employability Tutor, an Inclusion Lead Coach, and a National Citizen Service Programme Lead.

The ideal Employability Tutor candidate will be an individual who would enjoy helping others to achieve, experience success and fulfil their potential.

The post holder should have an understanding of the obstacles and challenges that some people face in gaining employment and know how to motivate, build confidence and raise self-esteem. The ability to engage with and relate to people who have experienced difficulties in gaining employment is crucial alongside experience of delivering employability skills.

Meanwhile, the Inclusion Lead Coach will be responsible for delivering sessions, mentoring and helping those most at need through the tool of sport.

The successful Programme Lead candidate will be passionate about supporting young people’s development, have a good understanding of the National Citizen Service programme, and be able to recruit participants for the programme, lead a number of residentials and social action projects within the role.
