Following our first Fan Experience Assembly meeting on the morning of our home fixture against Wigan Athletic, we have agreed changes to our Ticket Exchange policy after extensive fan feedback.
Members of the Fan Experience Assembly met to discuss a range of topics and concerns with a major one being the inability to use Ticket Exchange credit on away games.
Following the suggestion and a review internally, we are happy to announce that this has been rectified, with supporters now able to use credit on away games, home games, cup games, season-ticket renewals and coach travel.
The club was extremely pleased with the productiveness of our first Fan Experience Assembly and changes like this show the value of such meetings.
As ever, our intention is only to provide the best possible fan experience for the incredible Green Army, and we hope this change goes a long way to further solidifying that.
