As the club looks to take further steps to enhance grassroots football in the county of Cornwall - and enhance our player pathway into the Argyle Academy - a number of part-time roles have become available in our Cornish hubs.

The club has two Elite Coaching Hubs based in the Duchy, with the western satellite in Penryn, and the east based at Callywith College in Bodmin. From these hubs, the region's best young football talent gain access to Argyle coaching, while local grassroots coaches are invited to regular CPD sessions in partnership with Cornwall FA.

The Hubs are crucial pillars in the Academy's strategic plan, and successful candidates will play a key role in the further development of Argyle's vision for Cornwall.
