Argyle Women’s midfielder Imy Crawford has been voted the Player of the Month for August.
Crawford led Marie Hourihan’s side to two wins from three games, including home victories over Hashtag United and Billericay Town, to start the exciting FA Women’s National League Southern Premier Division season.
Imy won the supporters’ poll with 65% of the vote, ahead of Layla Proctor (20%), Olivia Francis (9%) and Roisin Kivel (6%).
Crawford said: “I’m delighted to have been voted as the Player of the Month by our fans. It has been a big step up so far this season so to pick this up is something I’m proud of.
“We have had a really positive start to the season, and this squad has so much potential. Hopefully, there are many more things for us celebrate!”
