Crowdfunder Update
Having gained some much-needed clarity on how the 21/22 Sky Bet League One campaign will operate, we are delighted to be able to update supporters on the next steps for redeeming Crowdfunder rewards.
Members of the Green Army showed overwhelming generosity when times were at their most uncertain, generating well over £50,000 of revenue for Argyle when the first lockdown was imposed.
Supporters’ kindness of spirit, coupled with the club’s ticket matching pledge for NHS workers, has seen over 600 tickets generated for front-line health staff. The club is in the early stages of working with the NHS to understand the best way to distribute these tickets fairly, alongside holding a fixture in the 21/22 campaign dedicated to NHS staff.
Below we have provided a list of outstanding rewards related to Crowdfunder packages, and how supporters can redeem them.
Match tickets
Supporters entitled to redeem match tickets as a part of their Crowdfunder package will receive an email on Thursday, 22 July, outlining how to book their tickets.
If you do not receive this email by close of play on Thursday, please call the Home Park Ticket Office on 01752 907700.
Supporters will be provided with four options to book their tickets for our 21/22 home Sky Bet League One games. These are: in person at the Home Park Ticket Office, over the phone on 01752 907700, online as the fixtures go on sale on argyletickets.com, or by emailing our Ticket Office Manager, Nicki Errington, at nicki.errington@pafc.co.uk.
Supporters booking online will notice that Crowdfunder tickets have been credited to their ticketing account. However, these can only be redeemed online for fixtures currently on sale, If you are looking to redeem tickets for future games that are not yet on sale, please email nicki.errington@pafc.co.uk to reserve tickets.
If you are coming in person to book, our ticketing team will only have access to the games currently on sale, this will also apply for phone and online bookings.
Free copy of match-day programme/thank you in match-day programme
Supporters who are entitled to a free copy of our 21/22 match-day programme, The Pilgrim, will be able to claim their copy from the Argyle Superstore at any of our home league games this season. Please note, you will not be able to collect your free programme from individual programme sellers – only the Argyle Superstore.
However, please note that the roll of honour for Crowdfunder pledges in the match-day programme will appear in the first league programme of the season, at home to Gillingham on Saturday, 14 August.
Social media thank you
Supporters who have pledged for a social media shout-out will see their names promoted across all club social media channels in the build-up to our first home league game against Gillingham on Saturday, 14 August.
Home Director and Club Argyle experiences
Our hospitality and events team at Home Park have been in touch with a number of Crowdfunder supporters who have hospitality experiences to redeem as a part of their pledge.
For supporters who have not yet heard from our hospitality and events team, we will make contact between now and the beginning of the season to book you in.
Stadium tours
Our hospitality and events team will make contact with Crowdfunder supporters between now and the beginning of the season to book in stadium tours.
Public address system thank you
To ensure that supporters hear their name read out at Home Park, the PA system shout out can be booked in for any home fixture that Crowdfunder supporters are in attendance.
As such, please email media@pafc.co.uk and inform us of the fixture you will be attending, and we will ensure that your thank you is broadcast by our stadium announcer at that game.
Names added to seat
Crowdfunder pledges for names on seats will be honoured at Home Park at the earliest opportunity.
Seat maintenance at Home Park is scheduled to occur in the coming months, and we want to ensure that any and all supporters’ pledges are not immediately damaged by any works undertaken.
We thank supporters for their patience.
