Ronan Curtis has won the Vertu Trophy Player of the Round award, for his three assists in our Round of 16 win over Bristol Rovers.
Three days after completing a move from Port Vale, Curtis lined up for his Argyle debut at the Memorial Stadium, with a quarter-final spot on the line.
The Greens trailed 2-1 at the break, but came out firing, thanks to a significant contribution from the winger. Within 60 seconds of the restart, Curtis assisted Brendan Galloway's equaliser, before teeing up Lorent Tolaj to give Argyle the lead on 49 minutes.
Rovers eventually levelled, but Curtis's third assist of the match was still to come. The debutant crossed for Bim Pepple in stoppage time, who turned and smashed the ball in to send Argyle through.
Curtis was voted as the winner of the award over Kamarai Swyer of Northampton Town, Billy Sharp of Doncaster Rovers, and Josh Stokes of Stockport County.
Congratulations, Ronan!
