Argyle are ball number 10 for the Emirates FA Cup fifth round draw, which takes place on Monday, 10 February.
The Greens made headlines across the world, after beating Premier League leaders Liverpool 1-0 at Home Park on Sunday. Ryan Hardie's penalty, not long after the start of the second half, sealed Argyle's place in the next round.
It is the first time Argyle have reached this stage since 2007, when they were drawn at home to Derby County, winning 2-0.
The draw will take place during The One Show on BBC One, at around 7.10pm (GMT). Kelly Somers will present the draw, accompanied by Alex Scott and Theo Walcott.
Supporters can also watch the draw on the Emirates FA Cup's X, Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Fifth round ties will be played over the weekend of Saturday, 1 March.
