A few FAQs regarding the changes to Evergreen…
How much will Evergreen cost?
Evergreen is now a one-off seasonal payment. Junior Standard membership is just £30 with Adult Premium reduced to just £85, for the whole season.
Why has it moved to an annual cost? This is a lot at one time for multiple memberships, such as a family.
We do understand this completely. From the feedback, the responses were clear that most fans thought the original structure was too expensive, and monthly payments often caused lapses in payments when card details changed, making you lose access to benefits.
We have reduced the price considerably across a year with an Adult Premium going from £18pm (£216 per year), to just £85 per year with benefits such as the replica home shirt and ticketing priority still included, and the addition of Rewards and Reward Credit included.
We will offer junior members to continue with the existing membership for one extra month for families with many memberships, taking them to 30 September. Please email evergreen@pafc.co.uk if you would like to take advantage of this.
Do Evergreen members still get ticketing priority?
Yes. Standard members get level 3, premium members get level 2.
What is Reward Credit?
Reward Credit gives you a percentage of your eligible purchases back in credit to spend the next time you buy an eligible product in the Argyle Superstore (online or in-store) or at a club-run kiosk on match-days.
Do I still get a discount on spend in-store?
No. Discounts have been replaced with Reward Credit.
Do I have to pay extra for the Evergreen Rewards and to get Reward Credit?
All memberships include Evergreen Rewards with different levels of benefits, for example Adult Premium receive 10% Reward Credit. Full details are available at pafc.co.uk/evergreen.
You do not need to pay extra on top of your membership to get the rewards and access Reward Credit.
Season-ticket holders will receive access to gain and spend Reward Credit free of charge.
What is the £10 package then?
The £10 package will be launched during the season for fans who want to play predictors, quizzes, and be entered into prize draws. The £10 package does not offer any additional benefits bar those listed at pafc.co.uk/evergreen. Fans who choose this package will get the £10 back in Reward Credit to spend at kiosks or at the Argyle Superstore.
When will I get access to Evergreen Rewards and Reward Credit?
This will go live for the first league match of the season against Stockport County. All fans will be sent details before this date.
How do I use Reward Credit?
Once logged into your account, you can see all your benefits. You will also see a QR code which is your digital wallet. You can scan this when making any eligible purchase.
I struggle with getting signal at Home Park, how can I use Reward Credit?
Fans will be able to access their QR codes offline by screenshotting and saving. We are just finalising details on being able add this to your wallet on your phone.
What are the benefits of being an Evergreen member AND being a season-ticket holder?
Evergreen members will no longer get a discount on their season ticket. Evergreen members with a season ticket will continue to get benefits such as a discount on Argyle TV, a replica home shirt for those eligible, prize draws and more. You will also be able to purchase an additional ticket with your membership as before, if you contact the ticket office directly.
I’ve already received the discount on my season ticket for 2026/27, what happens now?
Members receiving a season-ticket discount must remain a member on the old scheme until 1st January 2027, as normal. We will contact you closer to this date to arrange your move to the new scheme. You will not be charged anything additional for the rest of the season.
I’m a current member, when does this all take place?
All members will receive an email to sign up to the new scheme. Once signed up you will move onto the new scheme. We will continue to provide your existing benefits until 31 August. If you choose not to move over by this date, you will no longer be an Evergreen member and will lose access to all your existing benefits.
