Evergreen March Update

As we head into the spring and a complete refresh of Evergreen benefits, the latest membership numbers have reached an incredible 6,187, which includes 134 international members and 1,641 junior members.

Evergreen USA

In February, two Evergreen members (Richard Leppard and Jacob Dobson) and their guests flew out to New York for an amazing five-day prize.

Our Evergreen winners enjoyed all the sights of New York and met up with Argyle chairman Simon Hallett and his wife Jane to watch the Greens play at Sunderland before heading to Madison Square Garden for a New York Knicks basketball game.

Prize Draws

Over the past few months, we have conducted a number of prize draws for Evergreen members, including tickets to Home Park events, such as the Evening with Peter Reid, Evening with Ricky Hatton and the forthcoming Evening with David Norris.

For the visit of Ipswich Town in the Sky Bet Championship, eight young Evergreen members won a fantastic mascot experience prize, where they proudly led out the teams for the big game.

For the Christmas visit of Birmingham City, Evergreen member Michael Williams joined the Argyle TV team as a guest pundit, we also dished out five signed Argyle calendars and plans are in place for some new Evergreen prizes in tandem with our club partners, such as spa days, theatre tickets and more.

One new idea that has formed in recent weeks is a dedicated monthly Evergreen press conference. We will invite 25 Evergreen members to join us in the superb media suite at Home Park to ask questions of an Argyle personality, and first on the list is Head Coach Ian Foster. Keep an eye out for the dates to be confirmed later this month.

Souvenir Packs

We have now distributed around 95% of the Evergreen Souvenir Packs for 2023. These packs are available to all members who signed up before 31 December 2023, please contact us on the details if you have not yet received your pack.

We are now moving forward with the 2024 Souvenir Packs with full contents to be revealed shortly, but we are confident it is another step up for Evergreen members.

Open Training Session

We are acutely aware that one Evergreen benefit that has still not been delivered is the exclusive open training session, and we sincerely apologise for this omission. Unfortunately, the weather has been the biggest restriction in this area. Given the potentially large numbers for the open training session, it would only be possible to stage this prize at Home Park and we are obviously very conscious of protecting the pitch as much as possible.

However, spring is almost upon us and please rest assured, the open training session is still on the Evergreen menu, we are just waiting for the sun to shine.

Replica Shirts

As with the souvenir packs, around 95% of premium members have now received their replica shirts for the 2023/24 season, and we thank you all for your patience. As we head toward the summer and the release of shirts for next season, Evergreen will have a dedicated distribution hut for members to collect their shirts. Full details to be released in due course.

Ticket Benefits

When talking to current Evergreen members and those considering Evergreen as an option, it is very often the case that people see the ticket priority windows as a leading benefit. At a time when Home Park is a regular sell-out and our away support is off the charts incredible, Evergreen members are given the best opportunity to secure match tickets through the priority windows, and we are greatly heartened that this particular benefit has been such a huge success.

Season-Ticket Discount

Incredibly, we are not that far away from the end of the current season and that means season-tickets for the 2024/25 campaign. It is, therefore, an appropriate time to remind people that Evergreen members receive a significant discount on their season-tickets. Framed Poster

The framed Evergreen posters are now flying out of the door. We are working through all the pictures we have received and will email you as soon as your poster is ready.

Wall of Honour

The Evergreen Wall of Honour has been a great success and now enjoys pride of place at Home Park.

Custodian

We have now appointed an independent custodian for Evergreen, former BBC football correspondent and Argyle fan Mike Ingham. Evergreen has generated a tremendous amount of revenue to support football operations at Home Park, which includes the first-team, Academy and sports science.

Evergreen members have already played a small role in providing equipment, experiences and travel expenses for the football department, and there is so much more to come. We will be meeting again with the Evergreen custodian in the next month to unveil the next major project funded by Evergreen.
