To make sure everything is working properly and we can provide a smooth service to the Green Army, we are delaying the launch of the club’s new Reward Credit and new Evergreen scheme. We will go live with both before our next home league match against Bradford City on Saturday, 29 August.

We know many of you have been looking forward to using your Reward Credit, and we’re sorry for the delay. We want to make sure everything is fully ready before we switch the scheme on, rather than launch something that isn’t working as it should.

We have been testing the new system across our kiosks, the Argyle Superstore and online throughout the end of last season and over the summer. This testing has gone well, and we have also made upgrades to our kiosk tills to improve service times and support Reward Credit.

We have identified a small issue during our final checks and expect this to be resolved shortly. This means Reward Credit will now be live for our next home league game.

As previously announced, Reward Credit replaces the existing season-ticket and Evergreen discounts in the Argyle Superstore and will also be available at our club-run kiosks on matchdays. It is a key part of the new Evergreen membership scheme.

In the meantime, season ticket holders and current Evergreen members on the old scheme, will continue to benefit from their previous discounts at the Argyle Superstore, both in-store and online. You will be able to take advantage of your discounts on our new third shirt which launches on Saturday. 

The new Evergreen membership scheme will also go live once this issue is resolved, with supporters able to join and start earning and using Reward Credit. 

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We’re looking forward to getting Reward Credit up and running for the Green Army.

Home Park Stadium is an all-seater stadium. As such, spectators are expected to occupy their allocated seat throughout the game.

For their own safety, supporters are expected to remain seated throughout the game except when going for refreshments or a toilet break.

Persistent standing also spoils the enjoyment for other spectators, so we remind supporters to think of their fellow members of the Green Army.

Following previous incidents both on match days and non-match days, we feel it is necessary to remind the Green Army of the importance of good fan behaviour.

Behaviour in certain cases around the stadium has been unacceptable, with supporters consistently reminded that their actions impact those around them.

There has also been a rise in rude behaviour towards our Retail and Ticket Office staff.

We understand sometimes not everything is perfect, but our staff are always working hard to deliver the best possible service to visitors, and some behaviour has not been acceptable.

Please be mindful of your words and actions and treat people as you wish to be treated.

Rest assured, we are always striving to give the best possible fan experience on match days and non-match days.

We are all One Argyle.

Ground Regulations
Supporters are reminded about the importance of adhering to ground regulations.

These include pitch incursions, the use of pyrotechnics and missile throwing, as well as any form of discriminatory behaviour towards players on the pitch, staff or your fellow supporters. 

Fans from both clubs are also reminded that persistent standing throughout Home Park is not accepted and supporters will be told to take their seats throughout the game. 

We also wanted to remind fans of the importance of not throwing objects onto the field of play.

Objects or missiles thrown towards the field of play could cause serious injury or harm.

In certain parts of the stadium, we have made changes to how drinks are served in order to ensure this does not happen again, including the removal of lids on entry.

Yellow Hatched Areas
We wanted to remind members of the Green Army of the importance of keeping yellow hatched areas free from supporters.

The yellow hatched areas throughout the stadium are designed to be kept clear for safety reasons and to also provide accessible viewing. 

While we are aware and appreciate people want to stand at the front to watch the warm-up, it is limiting the spectator experience for those in wheelchairs who then cannot see.

Stewards throughout Home Park Stadium will be asked the clear the walkways to ensure every member of the Green Army has the same opportunity to view the players undergo their preparations. 

Supporters are asked to watch the warm-ups from their seats, respecting the wishes of all fans.

Laser Pens
Please note, laser pens are a prohibited item inside Home Park. Any supporter found to have a laser pen will have it taken from their possession immediately.

All supporters should be aware that gates open 90 minutes before kick-off.

There are excellent bus links throughout the city of Plymouth to Home Park on match-days, and we encourage supporters to take advantage of these to minimise the carbon footprint of your journey, and for your ease and convenience.

Plymouth Citybus run dedicated football special services on matchdays (league matches only). To check if these services are running for cup games, please contact us via supporters@pafc.co.uk), which cover multiple routes across the city. These services drop off right outside the ground and are parked directly outside Home Park at the end of the game, providing a reliable, convenient and stress-free method of reaching us on a matchday.

The five services run from the park and ride car parks at Coypool and The George, as well as from Plympton, Plymstock and, continuing for 2026/27: Tavistock. Tickets can be purchased directly through Plymouth Citybus, via their app or on the bus on the day (though advance purchases are highly recommended to guarantee your seat). Single fares and child concessions are also available.

Plymouth Argyle recognises the importance of, and is committed to, minimising our environmental footprint. A key aspect of the club’s environmental plan is to make travel to and from Home Park on match days sustainable, by making public transport options as accessible as possible, and by supporting and encouraging supporters to use transport options with the lowest environmental impact.

If travelling by bicycle, we recommend using Beryl bikes where possible rather than your own to reach Home Park, as there are no bike parking locations within the immediate vicinity for personal bikes. The Beryl parking locations are therefore closer and the most convenient if you are cycling to the stadium. See the above Travel Guide for more information.

Outland Road Car Park, adjacent to Home Park is a very large – and free! – car park. It is council-run, and is typically a park-and-ride car park into the city. It is free to use on match days, but will obviously begin to fill up very early for many fixtures, especially local derbies, Bank Holiday fixtures, etc.

Additional street parking is available surrounding Home Park, but please be mindful of local residents, park sensibly, and be aware of any parking restrictions and permit areas. Considerations should include:

• Don’t park on double yellow lines
• Please avoid dropped kerbs in front of people’s houses
• Please avoid parking on junctions
• Please display a blue badge if you have one

There are also several large pay and display car parks in the city centre, which is within walking distance of Home Park, but not advised for those who struggle to walk beyond short distances.

100 members of the Green Army will be allowed to make their way towards the players' car park area to get autographs upon Argyle's arrival at the stadium. 

Numbers have been limited to ensure supporter safety with a number of vehicles passing through this area ahead of kick off.

Food and drink options will be available around Home Park on match days.

Argyle’s match-day programme is available to buy around Home Park.

The programme will feature exclusive interviews and articles not found elsewhere, and will focus on historical and archive features, as well as looking at the current squads of the men’s, women’s and Academy sides at Argyle.  

Programmes will be available to purchase for £3.50 from around the Theatre of Greens, via programme sellers, in food kiosks, at the Here to Help kiosk, and in the Argyle Superstore, on match days.

Biffa Fan Zone
The Biffa Fan Zone, located on the Mayflower Quarter, between Home Park and the Life Centre, will be open for the visit of Stockport County.

There will be plenty of food and drink trucks in operation, including the Pilgrim Pizza van.

We will have a local band playing pre-match, The Horizons. They will be performing from 1pm to 2.30pm.

Face painting will be available from 12.30pm to 2.30pm and balloon modelling from 1pm to 2.30pm.

At half-time, Beacon Electrical Mayflower Grandstand ticket holders will be able to gain access to the Fan Zone, to further complement the food and drink offering during the interval. 

St Luke's Hospice Lyndhurst Road Stand
The St Luke's Hospice Lyndhurst Road Stand's external concourse will be open as a Fan Zone to Lyndhurst Road ticket holders.

Entry to the Fan Zone will be from the Jack Leslie Statue end of the stand. The Lyndhurst Steps (Block 14) will be open from 1pm. Balloon modelling will also be on offer here from 1pm to 2.30pm

At half-time, the external concourse will be opened to supporters for refreshments. At full-time, the area will be open as an exit route only,

Away End
The Away End Fan Zone will be open before the game, at the rear of the Kawasaki Barn Park End.

Complimentary sanitary products have been kindly provided by Brunel, and are available in all female and accessible toilets across Home Park.

Argyle are intent on providing a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors who attend matches.

Supporters should be prepared to be searched by our security team as they enter the stadium.

Wherever possible, we will ensure that 'wand' searches are also undertaken by members of the same gender. If that is not the case upon entry, and you feel at all uncomfortable, please raise this with a member of the security team - who will make the necessary arrangements.

As with all major sporting events, bringing bags to the stadium is actively discouraged. However, fans arriving at Home Park with a small personal bag (for example, medical bags or handbags) capable of being stowed under seats is permitted. Please note, supporters should expect this to be searched before entry.

We ask that supporters arrive in plenty of time to avoid queues forming as kick-off approaches.

The Argyle Superstore, located next to the Home Park Ticket Office by the main entrance to the Beacon Electrical Mayflower Grandstand, will be open ahead of kick-off.

Sensory packs, which include a drawstring bag, ear defenders, fidget spinners, and a sensory ball, as well as further match day information, are now available for children and young adults who need them – free of charge.

Head to the information booth opposite the Babcock Devonport End to pick up sensory packs.

Plymouth Argyle Disabled Supporters Association (PADSA) are delighted to announce that we will be running a cafe /quiet area before the home match.

This will be in the Central Park Hub from 10am to 11.30am for 12.30pm games and 12.30pm to 2pm for 3pm games.

We will be serving tea/coffee/squash and biscuits for £1.

This space is where disabled supporters and their families can meet up in an indoor quieter area.

The Hub is fully accessible.
