Freddie Issaka has joined Gateshead on loan until January.
The winger, 20, has played 40 times for Argyle, including six starts, and now heads to the Tyneside outfit, who play in the Enterprise National League.
Gateshead are managed by Lee Cattermole, and their squad includes former Pilgrim Dom Telford.
Issaka, who had spells last season with Bristol Rovers and Truro City, follows Caleb Roberts and Tegan Finn in heading out on loan, with the pair having joined Torquay United on Monday.
“It is pleasing that Freddie will join Caleb and Tegan in heading on loan to get precious minutes,” said Argyle Director of Football Derek Adams. “Gateshead are an established team at National League level, and it will be great for Freddie to go there and thrive.”
