As the school gates close for half-term and families start planning ways to make the most of the break, Plymouth comes alive with fun activities, and Home Park is part of the action.
This half-term, Home Park, the home of Plymouth Argyle, opens its doors to the community with the free Celebration of Women and Girls in Sport event before Argyle Women's Devon Derby in the evening. Additionally, Pilgrim Pete will be in Plymouth City Centre for a Penalty Shootout Challenge with free entry to a bumper prize draw. On the last weekend of half-term, Argyle Men's first-team host Cardiff City at Home Park.

Mr Wishy Washy Magic Show at Harpers - Tuesday, 17 February, 10.30am-12.30pm at Harpers Football Centre
Get ready for giggles, gasps, and plenty of “HOW did they do that?!” as the brilliant Mr Wishy Washy Magician brings their magic to Harpers Football Centre. It’s the perfect way to add some sparkle to your half-term plans!

Celebration of Women and Girls in Sport sponsored by Babcock - Wednesday, 18 February, 2.30pm at Home Park Stadium
Plymouth is gearing up for an action-packed day as the Celebration of Women and Girls in Sport event takes place at Home Park on Wednesday, 18 February, sponsored by Babcock, and in partnership with Plymouth City Council and Active Devon.
This FREE half-term event promises a fantastic afternoon and evening for families and friends, with opportunities to discover new sports, meet local teams, and enjoy live demonstrations.
Alongside the sporting action, a dedicated Health and Wellbeing Zone will offer practical advice on looking after both physical and mental health, as well as raising important awareness around violence against women and girls.
With stadium cover ensuring the event goes ahead rain or shine, and free parking at Milehouse Park & Ride, this is the perfect way to spend a day during half-term.
As part of the activities, your free ticket gives you entry to Argyle’s FA Women’s National League clash against Exeter City at the Theatre of Greens (7.30pm KO). Make sure you stay around, get behind, and cheer on the FA WNL Cup finalist from the stands in the Devon Derby!
