Mustapha Bundu named CT1 April Player of the Month

Mustapha Bundu is the Argyle CT1 Player of the Month for April.

Despite a disappointing end to the month, with relegation looming, Miron Muslic's side enjoyed a strong April, winning four out of six games and beating the likes of Sheffield United and Coventry City along the way.

Bundu starred during the month, starting with an assist for Ryan Hardie against Norwich City, before finding the net against Middlesbrough.

The forward then ran the show against Coventry, scoring twice and making another assist, as Argyle beat the play-off hopefuls 3-1. Bundu followed up this performance with another goal against Preston North End the following weekend, taking this tally for the month to four.

Bundu won the supporters’ poll with 66% of the vote. Another impressive month for Julio Pleguezuelo saw him come second, with 16%, while Ryan Hardie and Victor Palsson rounded out the nominees, with 13% and 5% respectively.
