Argyle's potential Vertu Trophy semi-final will take place on Wednesday, 4 March, kicking off at 7.30pm.
If the Greens are victorious over Luton Town in the quarter-finals, then Tom Cleverley's side will welcome Northampton Town to Home Park in the last four.
Both semi-final ties will be broadcast live in the UK & Ireland on Sky Sports Football.
The two semi-final winners will contest the Vertu Trophy Final on Sunday, 12 April (3pm kick-off).
