Ahead of today's game against Barnsley, we would like to share with supporters an update regarding the Reward Credit system.
Reward Credit has been introduced this season, giving season-ticket holders and Evergreen members an opportunity to gain reward credit for purchases made not just in the Argyle Superstore, but around the ground at an increased amount of official outlets, including food and beverage concessions.
We acknowledge a few teething problems and have been working very hard with our technology partners to make the system smoother, as well as listening to fan feedback about how to improve Reward Credit.
Therefore, from today's game onwards, we will introduce a ‘spend and save’ feature that will allow supporters to receive credit even when spending it.
For example, if a season-ticket holder or Evergreen Premium Member, entitled to 10% credit, makes a £50 purchase, they will receive £5 credit. If, on their next purchase, they are set to spend £50 again, not only will £5 be deducted from the bill, so the charge to the supporter would be £45, but they will also receive the credit accrued, which would be £4.50.
We would like to take this opportunity to remind all supporters that it is worth logging into, checking and testing your Argyle account before coming to Home Park, and to take a screenshot of the QR code which you can save in your phone’s photos app, ready to scan when making a purchase at the ground.
