The hunt for an away win still goes on for Argyle, as they head to south coast to take on high-flying Southampton on Friday night.

Argyle secured another hard-fought point on Boxing Day as they drew 2-2 with Cardiff City. Former Swansea City man, Morgan Whittaker enjoyed a return to South Wales, by grabbing both Greens’ goals.

Southampton are flying high after extending their unbeaten run to 16 games thanks to a 5-0 thrashing of Swansea on Boxing Day. The last time the Saints’ suffered defeat was back in September and Russell Martin’s side look filled with confidence as they have now narrowed the gap Ipswich Town,  to just five points.

Supporters will be able to follow all the action live on Argyle TV throughout the afternoon. Coverage starts with our pre-match show from 5pm where Charlie Price will be joined by Brian McGlinchey before Harry Salvidge and former Argyle striker Ian Stonebridge take over for commentary.

With the game being broadcast on Sky Sports and on a number of broadcasters in countries around the world, supporters in selected countries will be able to stream the game on Argyle TV for £10. A list of those countries can be found here.
