Stoke City pre match show

Argyle will be hoping to continue their fine home this season as they return to Home Park to take on Stoke City on Saturday.

The Greens would have been left feeling slightly aggrieved after a controversial decision went against them, costing them points on the road, midweek. In a tight game where it looked like the points would be shared, moments before Coventry City striker Haji Wright put the ball in the back of the net, the ball had just creeped its way over the by-line, sparking some controversy.

Stoke City will be hoping to get back to winning ways themselves, after falling to a 4-2 defeat away to Queens Park Rangers. The Potters’ form has faltered of late, having not won any of their last four matches. With both teams being down towards the bottom end of the table, this will be another important match.

Supporters will be able to follow all the action live on Argyle TV throughout the afternoon. Coverage starts with our pre-match show from 2pm where Alex Wood will be joined by former Argyle Women’s captain Katie Middleton and Charlie Price will be joined by Aaron Cusack for commentary.
