As mentioned previously in this article, we are making some major changes to Evergreen.
Our aim is to make Evergreen simpler for both members and the club, while keeping the benefits that matter most to our fans.
As part of this process, we asked for your feedback to help shape the new Evergreen. Hundreds of current and former Evergreen members have now shared their views, so we wanted to provide an update on what you've told us and how the new scheme is taking shape.
We are still finalising some details and will contact Evergreen members by the end of July with information on how to move to the new scheme. In the meantime, we ask that current members remain on the existing scheme to ensure they continue to receive their current benefits.
Cost to fans
Members who had previously cancelled their Evergreen membership told us that cost was the main reason for leaving. As a result, Evergreen will be more affordable over the course of the season, while offering a clearer and simpler package of benefits.
Simpler membership tiers
You told us there were too many Evergreen tiers and that it could be confusing to know which one you were on. For the 2026/27 season, we are reducing the number of tiers and introducing clearer, easier-to-understand names.
Evergreen benefits
We are still finalising the full package of benefits, but your feedback was clear: ticket priority is the benefit you value and use the most, and this will remain at the heart of the new Evergreen.
Alongside ticket priority, members will continue to enjoy some of the most popular benefits from the previous scheme, including a replica shirt for eligible members, while also gaining access to a range of exciting new benefits.
We also found that many members either found it difficult to redeem their benefits or weren't aware of everything available to them. We're making it much easier to access and understand your benefits, with clearer communication throughout the season.
Evergreen Rewards
As part of the new Evergreen, we will be introducing Evergreen Rewards, giving members priority access to exclusive prize draws, competitions and much more.
Members will also be able to earn cashback on purchases made in the Argyle Superstore and our long-term aim is for cashback at club-operated kiosks around the stadium on match-days.
International Evergreen Members
We are working on a new package for our international Evergreen members. We expect this to launch after the packages for UK fans.
A fresh new look
Evergreen will also have a new look for the 2026/27 season, with members overwhelmingly voting in favour of the design shown above.
We look forward to sharing more details about the new Evergreen in the coming weeks as we build towards an exciting 2026/27 season.

Incorrect charge 7 July
We are aware that a very small number of Evergreen U18 members have been charged the incorrect amount for their monthly membership.
All members affected will be contacted and issued a refund for the difference.
This was a system error from our provider and does not reflect the new prices for Evergreen.

Current Evergreen Members
Current Evergreen Members will continue receive their benefits such as the new home shirt*, and season-ticket discount*, as long as they remain a member.
Season-ticket holders
- Members receiving a season-ticket discount must remain a member on the current scheme until 1st January 2027, as normal. We will contact you closer to this date to arrange your move to the new scheme.
Non season-ticket holders
- Current members who are not season ticket holders will be contacted to move to the new scheme at launch. We anticipate this to be mid-July. We will keep you on the current scheme until this date, so you continue to receive your benefits.
All members will continue to receive the current benefits up to this launch date which include, for those eligible, your home shirt. Members will be contacted shortly for their pre-order of this.
New Evergreen Memberships will no longer be able to be purchased whilst we make some changes
Anyone wishing to sign up for Evergreen must wait until we launch our new and improved offer. This will be in time for the new season.
Why are we making changes?
Evergreen membership has been popular with thousands of fans, offering a range of benefits whilst supporting football operations at the club. However, initial feedback has shown that some benefits are not widely used.
At the same time, costs of fulfilling the scheme have risen sharply. As a result, the support Evergreen members are providing to the football operations has reduced.
Many members joined to support the club in this way, and the current scheme is no longer the most effective way to achieve this.
We need to run more efficiently at the club, and the current structure of Evergreen does not allow us to do this.
What will change?
We are still shaping the new Evergreen scheme and welcome further feedback. However, we can confirm the following:
- Ticketing priority will remain unchanged. We know this is a key benefit that Evergreen members use and enjoy.
- The Evergreen Suite (next to the Argyle Superstore) will be closed immediately, and our aim is it will be removed over the summer.
- A new Rewards platform will launch alongside the improved Evergreen membership. More details will follow shortly.
