Vacancies | Academy Age Group Coaches

Two exciting opportunities have arisen within the club's ever-improving and ambitious Academy at Home Park.

The club's youth set up is recruiting for a pair of part-time Academy coaches, one working with the under-7 and under-8 pre-Academy age groups, and another working in the Academy Foundation and Youth Development phases at under-9 to under-14. Both positions will contribute to our overall goal of developing local young talent into first-team professionals at Argyle.

The roles require a high level of organisational skills and a passion for developing and improving young players both on and off the pitch, as well as appropriate coaching qualifications. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and inspiring coaches to join the department.

Argyle has strong values and any successful applicant will demonstrate those values through their behaviours and will ensure their team and the players also understand and adhere to those values. The role requires a DBS check and verification of qualifications and experience as well as successful references.

Applicants must have a strong work ethic, ability to work two to three evenings a week, as well as weekends, and have knowledge and experience of coaching players from under-7 to under-14.
