We're looking for a Big Screen Operator to assist at all Men's and Women's fixtures at Home Park Stadium.
Duties
- Set up the big screen system ahead of matches.
- Load and check all match-day assets (line-ups, sponsor loops, video animations, video packages, player images).
- Run the live match output on time and to script (build-up, kick-off, half-time, full-time).
- Trigger key moments live (goals, subs, bookings etc).
- Keep the scoreboard and time accurate and aligned with officials.
- Coordinate with the announcer, media team, and match-day ops for timing and comms.
- Manage sponsor obligations during play stoppages and planned breaks.
- React quickly to changes (late line-up changes, injuries, stoppages, added time).
- Follow EFL/club compliance rules for content (no contentious replays etc).
- Troubleshoot issues fast.
- Close down post-match.
Job Type: Part-time (All home matches, pay per game).
