An exciting opportunity has opened up to join the Pilgrims’ ambitious and forward-thinking Academy set up.

With the Argyle Academy taking a central position in the club’s publicly stated aim to become a sustainable Championship club, there has never been a better time for suitable candidates to further their careers at Home Park.

Knowledge and experience in devising Strength and Conditioning programmes, nutrition guidance and advice, monitoring player loading through GPS, assisting the medical department with rehabilitation programmes, and growth and maturation reports is essential. The successful candidate will also be expected to establish an individual learning plan for each player in line with the club’s review process as part of a multi- disciplinary team.

Candidates must hold either the UKSCA or BASES accreditation and a BSc or MSc degree in sport science or relevant area. We are also looking for experience within a professional football club and in a busy and fast paced environment.
