Vacancy | Supporter Relations Manager (Maternity Cover)
An exciting opportunity has opened up for an approachable and friendly individual to join the club as our Supporter Relations Manager on a maternity cover basis.
As a fan-focused football club, the Supporter Relations Manager will play a crucial role in our passionate and dedicated marketing and communications team and therefore we’re looking for a suitable character to complement our existing ethos, as well as tonnes of energy and enthusiasm and a genuine passion for enhancing the fan experience at Home Park.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, and factors in a period of hand over and both ends of the contract.
As part of the Marketing & Communications team, the Supporter Relations Manager will be responsible for all supporter relations and queries. The role will be visible and accessible as the first point of contact to all supporters regarding issues, queries or complaints ensuring service excellence is achieved throughout the customer journey.
