Curtis joined Argyle in January 2026, from Sky Bet League One side Port Vale, on a two-and-a-half-year contract.

Having started his career in Northern Ireland at Derry City, Curtis went on to join Portsmouth for whom he made 184 appearances and scored 42 goals. From there, he joined AFC Wimbledon on a short-term contract, before signing for the Valiants in the summer of 2024.
