Comfortable either centrally or at full back, Harding joined Argyle on loan in January 2026 with considerable Championship and League One experience.

The 29-year-old started his senior career at Birmingham City and played 59 times, before joining Rotherham United. Harding made 140 appearances for the Millers and joined Millwall from there in the summer of 2023.
