FAQs
Evergreen is the club’s official membership platform, designed to bring supporters closer to the team with clearer benefits and structured value across different tiers.
Reward Credit is part of the new Evergreen.
Fans will get Reward Credit on spend at the Argyle Superstore (in-store and online) and at club operated kiosks on matchdays.
To gain Reward Credit online, fans will need to use their Single-Sign On Argyle account which is linked to their membership or season ticket.
To gain Reward Credit in-store or at kiosks, fans will need to scan the QR code in the Rewards login. You can access this offline by taking a screenshot of the QR code, we are also working on the QR code being able to be added to your wallet on your phone.
When you make an eligible purchase, you will use any Reward Credit you may have gained from a previous transaction.
Reward Credit is not able to be gained or used on tickets, season tickets, memberships, hospitality tables, or events at Home Park.
Reward Credit resets at the end of the regular season. You must use any Reward Credit gained by the last regular game of the season, otherwise it will be lost.
