iFOLLOW: Season-Ticket Holder Update

We are writing to 20/21 season-ticket holders with an important update regarding their iFollow match passes.

From Tuesday, 27 October, the EFL will be switching from a code-based system to a database account system, which means that your iFollow account will automatically grant access to all of the Pilgrims’ Sky Bet League One home games until supporters are allowed to return to the stadium.

We have advised supporters throughout the season that season-ticket holders need to ensure that the email address on record at the Home Park Ticket Office is consistent with their iFollow account. The club will be sending a comprehensive list of season-ticket holders‘ email addresses to the EFL before the 27 October deadline.

From that moment on, if season-ticket holding supporters have not aligned their ticketing account with iFollow, they will not be able to access free streams of home fixtures, with free redemption codes no longer available.

It is essential that season-ticket holders who wish to access their complimentary streams have updated their records with us, as the club will be providing a list of email addresses to the EFL at the end of this week.
