Gary Sawyer visits Portcullis Legals office

Portcullis Legals for Lincoln Fixture

The club is delighted to welcome valued Argyle sponsor Portcullis Legals back to Home Park as match programme sponsor for Saturday’s Sky Bet League One clash with Lincoln City.

Portcullis Legals have been sponsors of the club since July 2019, becoming inaugural Pioneer members in the newly-developed Mayflower Grandstand, before becoming a founder member of the Argyle Nexus Business Club in the summer of 2021.

Portcullis’ impact at Home Park spreads far further than the Club Argyle lounge, though, with the local law firm devising a number of community and charity-based activities in partnership with Argyle, including the Home Park Sleep Out – which has seen the local community spend a night in the stadium in aid of regional charities.

On Saturday, though, no sleeping bags will be necessary for Portcullis Managing Director Trevor Worth and the Portcullis team – who had a recent visit from Argyle Ambassador and former club captain, Gary Sawyer.

Trevor said: We have a first class relationship with Argyle built up over a number of years now and it's been fantastic to be part of their journey.

“It's the people at the club that make us want to be a small part of helping to support the stated ambition to be a sustainable Championship club and, in turn, Argyle work with us to help us achieve our ambitions to support our local community events such as the Sleep Out at Home Park. It is a great team on and off the park and a partnership we greatly value.”

Argyle’s Commercial Development Manager, Matt Kimberley, added: “It will be great to welcome Trevor and the rest of the Portcullis Legals team back to Home Park on Saturday, and we’re delighted to be associated with such a conscientious local business.”
