OUR Under-18s recorded their second successive victory in the Alliance Youth Cup as they beat Torquay 3-1 away.

The Greens took an early lead when Nathan Summers headed in an 18th-minute corner and they doubled their advantage just before the interval as Josh Hutchinson, pictured, finished neatly from 10 yards.

Top-scorer Tyler Harvey caused problems throughout and, on the hour mark, his intricate through-ball was slotted home by Solomon Wheatley.

Torquay scored a late consolation but it was Argyle’s day and they will be hoping to record yet another cup success when they travel to Yeovil on Saturday.
