Ticket Policy Change
THE club has made some changes to the sale and distribution of match tickets from the Home Park Ticket Office, which will affect supporters.
We will no longer be accepting applications to purchase match tickets via postal application, and we will be unable to take payment by cheque.
The club has taken this decision because of the progress made in recent years on our online ticketing platform, which is a much more effective method for the Green Army to buy tickets, as well as for our staff to process tickets with greater efficiency.
The older methods outlined above have represented issues for the Home Park Ticket Office in recent times, including Exeter City sales last week, where cheques and postal applications have been received days after the allocation has been sold out.
Using www.argyletickets.com securing your match-day tickets is easier than it has ever been. If you are buying home tickets, you can select print at home or digital tickets, meaning you do not even need to wait for the physical ticket to arrive through your letterbox.
Finally, we urge all supporters to ensure that the club holds up to date details on record, especially email addresses. We have received a number of reports that members of the Green Army struggled to access our ticketing platform to purchase tickets for the Exeter City game.
After investigating the issue, it seems to that a number of these cases were due to out of date personal details.
