Argyle Loan Watch

Latest News from Borrowed Pilgrims

22 January 2020

WE take our latest look at the Pilgrims out on loan from Home Park and how they fared over the past week of football.

Alex Fletcher & Michael Peck
No game for Fletch and Pecky, as Tiverton Town’s Southern League Premier game at Beaconsfield was postponed because of a waterlogged pitch.

Ryan Law
A day off for Tiverton opened the door for Truro City and their borrowed full-back Ryan Law to move top of the table in the home game against Chesham United. Law played 81 minutes but an early red card for ex-Pilgrim Ryan Dickson made it tough for Truro, and Chesham eventually ran out 1-0 winners, moving top of the table and above Truro and Tivvy.

Tom Purrington
Tom was a substitute for Dorchester in their heavy defeat at Hayes & Yeading last weekend and also missed the midweek loss to Swindon Supermarine, as he was playing in the Premier League Cup for Argyle.

Tafari Moore
Taf was not included in the Colchester squad this week after moving on loan last Saturday.

Ashley Smith-Brown
There was no first-team football over the past week for Ash at Oldham Athletic.
