Superstore and Ticket Office Closure

The Argyle Superstore at Home Park will be closed throughout January, effective from this Monday.

The club has taken the decision as a result of Plymouth's elevation to Tier Three status, and an anticipated reduction in footfall at Home Park in the immediate future.

The Superstore website, however, will remain open, and online orders will continue to be processed as usual. Throughout January, we will be offering free delivery on all UK purchases. Alternatively Click and Collect will be available for online orders at the Superstore’s distribution centre, Argyle Direct, Monday to Friday 9am-4pm, and on Saturdays between 10am-1pm. Please note that existing Click and Collect orders will be transferred to Argyle Direct from Monday.

Argyle Direct is located in Unit 27 of Scott Business Park (PL2 2PB, for GPS purposes), and can be accessed by taking the second left after entering the business park. Customers are advised that parking is available outside the warehouse, and to ring the bell when collecting orders.

We would also like to advise subscribers to The Pilgrim, Argyle's match-day programme, that both January copies, for the home fixtures against Crewe Alexandra and Accrington Stanley, will now be delivered.

The club appreciates that the Superstore closure will have some impact on exchanges and refunds, particularly on purchases made during the Christmas period. As such, our retail team will operate as flexibly as possible to ensure that refunds and exchanges can still be processed.

Customers are reminded that they can also send items back to Argyle Direct, which will continue to process returns during this period. As a gesture of goodwill, the club will refund postage costs associated with returns during this period (for UK-based customers) - please include proof of purchase for these purposes.

For returns related to in-store purchases, please download and fill-out our returns form here, and include in your return package.

For any queries relating to returns or exchanges, please call 01752 651500, or email argyle.shop@pafc.co.uk.

The Home Park Ticket Office will also be closed throughout January, but staff will continue to provide support for iFollow code queries. On a match-day, the Home Park Ticket Office line, 01752 907700, will be available to call as usual, but for all other queries, supporters are advised to email tickets@pafc.co.uk in the first instance.

Club staff will continue to work from home, wherever possible. For all supporter liaison related queries, please email supporters@pafc.co.uk.

The club will continue to monitor the situation, and will react accordingly if coronavirus restrictions are relaxed in the city of Plymouth. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your support.
